Board and Management Team

Mr Flint, BAcc, FGIA and MBA is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in the corporate and financial services arena. He has held a number of management and senior administrative positions as well as providing corporate advisory services as a consultant to corporate clients. 

Mr McGoldrick is a long-term shareholder of the Company and an experienced corporate lawyer and company director. Mr McGoldrick has broad experience in project development, corporate governance, company restructures and investor engagement. Mr McGoldrick is currently Chairman of Australasian Metals Limited (ASX:A8G) and is a founding shareholder and director of several unlisted mining and energy companies.

Mr. LIU, obtained a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering from Southeast University, China and a MBA from a joint program between APESMA & Deakin University, Australia. Mr. LIU joined General Electric in 1997 from Contact Energy New Zealand, and served as the various Asia Pacific leadership positions, including sourcing leader, six-sigma master black belt, and energy services sales director. He was the general manager of South China, HK & Macau for GE Consumer & Industrial before he joined his family business in 2008 and later he devoted mostly to his investment practice. Mr. LIU has extensive knowledge of Asia Pacific region. He brings rich experience in various management areas including sourcing, people development and management process improvement.

Mr Garzon Rangel is an industrial engineer and energy economist with over 15 years international experience in sourcing, managing and promoting oil and gas and mineral exploration projects. Mr Garzon Rangel completed his bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering at Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas in Bogota Colombia and his MSc in Energy Economics and Management from Curtin University. Ricardo is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Mr Lewis is a principal and founder of corporate advisory firm SmallCap Corporate, which specialises in corporate advice to public companies and is managing director of Golden Triangle Capital which connects listed entities with a community of professional and sophisticated investors, providing funding for all stages in strategic development. Most recently Zane facilitated the transformation of Odessa Minerals Limited (ASX:ODE) into a Australian focussed diamond exploration company, the IPO of mining services company Aquirian Limited (ASX:AQN) and was instrumental in the transformation of Vital Metals Ltd (ASX:VML) into a rare earths business. Mr Lewis is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and is the Chairman of Odessa Minerals Limited and a non executive Director of Lion Energy Limited and Kingsland Global Limited.
